Restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses have been hit hard by COVID-19. As the calendar has changed to 2021, the challenges faced by such businesses continue. Lenny Segal was the co-chair of a Minnesota Continuing Legal Education Program specially designed to help lawyers who represent such businesses. Topics covered included contract issues, real estate issues, and employment issues. In addition to co-chairing the program, Lenny presented on various employment law issues such businesses face in the ongoing coronavirus environment.
