On February 21, 2014, Leonard Segal Chaired and Presented at Minnesota CLE’s New Course for Employment Lawyers Entitled “The Employment Law 60: The 60 Cases Every Employment Lawyer Must Know Inside and Out”

On February 21, 2014, Minnesota Continuing Legal Education hosted a new program that it had not previously offered!  “The Employment Law 60: The 60 Cases Every Employment Lawyer Must Know Inside and Out” provided a crash course in twelve key areas of employment law such as FMLA compliance, non-compete agreements in Minnesota, misclassification of employees, NLRA requirements, sexual harassment, and many more.  In addition to being taught by twelve experienced labor and employment law practitioners, attendees also received a handy reference manual summarizing all sixty cases.

Lenny is honored to have been asked to Chair this program and believes both the program and the reference manual will be of great value to practitioners. In addition to chairing the program, Lenny also presented on the current state of the law with regard to sexual harassment in the workplace. Click here for more information about The Employment Law 60 program.
