On February 11, 2015, Leonard Segal Chaired the Minnesota CLE Program: How to Start and Build Your Own Law Practice – And Do It Right! Lenny and his SchindelSegal colleagues, Scott Seiler and Jon Schindel, each presented sessions as part of this CLE program.

On February 11, 2015, Minnesota Continuing Legal Education sponsored How to Start and Build Your Own Law Practice – And Do It Right!  As he has done several times in the past, SchindelSegal attorney Lenny Segal was the Course Chair for this wonderful CLE program that is designed to help both experienced and new attorneys who are starting, or thinking about starting, their own law practice.  Attorneys who attended this program received practical, real-world tips and ideas regarding starting a law practice.

In addition to chairing the program, Lenny again moderated the ever popular panel of lawyers who have started their own practice.  The panel provided a great opportunity for attendees to ask questions and to learn from peers who have “been there” and know what it takes to start and run a law firm.

SchindelSegal attorneys Jon Schindel and Scott Seiler returned to discuss selection of a business entity for a new law firm.  Scott and Jon helped attendees analyze the legal, practical and ethical considerations when making this important decision.

The February 11, 2015, program included a blend of new topics along with “back by popular demand” topics, featuring both returning and new speakers.  Click here for more information about the February 11, 2015 CLE – How to Start and Build Your Own Law Practice Practice – And Do It Right!
