On December 12, 2013, Minnesota CLE held its 2013 Workers’ Compensation Deskbook Seminar.  Given the success of Lenny’s previous “10 Important Issues” programs, he was asked to present “10 Employment Law Issues Every Workers’ Compensation Attorney Should Understand.”  During his session, Lenny addressed ten employment law matters that workers’ compensation attorneys need to understand when representing clients.  Of most interest to attendees was the interaction among the Family & Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Workers’ Compensation.  For further information about the Minnesota Closely Held Business Conference, please click here.
