The TwinWest Chamber of Commerce publishes Directions magazine, an electronic magazine, 10 times per year. Directions contains information on TwinWest programs and events, news and other information.
The August/September 2012 issue contains an article written by Lenny Segal regarding the use of non-competition agreements in Minnesota. The article, which briefly summarizes Minnesota law regarding the enforceability of non-compete agreements, provides guidance for employers to increase the likelihood that their non-competition agreements will be enforced in Minnesota.
