In Lenny’s second session, “New State Court Rules of Civil Procedure – Significant Changes Effective July 1,” Lenny and his co-presenter walked attendees through the numerous changes to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts that took effect on July 1, 2013. This session was designed for lawyers who litigate in Minnesota state courts.
