On Wednesday, March 19, 2014, Attorney Kyle Moen will present to an audience of parents and caregivers of persons with special needs.  Attendees will learn about Supplemental and Special Needs Trusts, how they operate and the benefits of getting one in place.  Mr. Moen will also deliver a primer on guardianship and conservatorship law in Minnesota.   After the presentation, there will be a short question and answer session.
